1 Begin in our showroom

Visit one of our state-of-the-art showrooms for a taste of what we can do. While you’re there, we ask you about your dream for your kitchen, your vision, your needs and what inspires you in a kitchen space. Our aim is to truly understand you and your expectations to deliver a bespoke kitchen design, perfect for you and your family.

2 Home Visit

Your dedicated kitchen designer visits your home to view the space and discuss your lifestyle and culinary needs in more detail. We propose a layout and options on material finishes. If you would like other rooms fitted with cabinetry, we explore these as well, and then discuss cost estimates. Your next appointment is arranged in one of our showrooms.

3 Virtual tour of your new kitchen

View your new bespoke kitchen design, brought to life in 3D on a large screen in our showroom. Your kitchen designer guides you through hardware and colour selections. We confirm costs for your peace of mind and prepare paperwork for your approval. At this stage, a deposit is due and you receive a copy of your concept plans.

4 Building begins

Your kitchen designer meets with your dedicated client manager and our qualified cabinet makers at our factory in Melbourne, to begin the build of your kitchen design. Building your kitchen in our own factory means all components are tested to fit and function to the highest quality before we deliver your cabinetry to your home. Your client manager keeps you updated regularly.

5 Installation

Our meticulous installation team deliver, build and fit your kitchen and any other cabinetry in your home, minimising disruption to you and your family during the renovation. We pride ourselves on quality testing again at this stage and leaving your space clean and tidy.

6 Refer your friends and family

Your referral is our greatest compliment, whether as a happy customer or as someone who has come across The Kitchen Design Centre. Tell your friends and family to mention your name when they visit one of our showrooms for the first time. If we design and build their kitchen, you receive a $400 gift card valid at any store or online where Mastercard® is accepted. It’s our way of saying thank you.
