Two appointments sit at the front of every kitchen project, and they do different jobs. Start with the Showroom Tour, because seeing the cabinetry first makes the design conversation easier later.
Showroom Tour
Our showroom team walks you through the displays, materials and cabinetry, and explains how the process runs. We can give entry-level costing guidance while you are there. Designers are not based in the showroom, so nobody will be drawing plans on the day.
Project Consultation
One of our designers visits your home, and this is where the design work starts. They measure the space and work through layout and kitchen design options with you. Your detailed Project Costing is then prepared based on the agreed design and scope.
Once you sign and return the contract, a Client Manager takes over and runs your kitchen upgrade through check, measure, manufacture and installation.
Who designs, builds and installs your kitchen?
Michael Simpson and Peter Schelfhout own TKDC and still work in the business. Both are registered builders, which is uncommon in this trade, and they hold more than 60 years of design and build experience between them. They set up the factory in 1994 and it has been turning out custom kitchens ever since.
That same standard carries onto the site. Qualified cabinet makers build your cabinetry. Certified tradespeople install it, and they work under the TKDC banner rather than turning up as a different crew each week. We act as the project managers for the whole renovation project, so you are never chasing separate trades yourself.
At handover, your kitchen is checked, cleaned and left ready to use.

Do I need a council permit for a kitchen renovation in Diamond Creek?
