These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions of the Mastercard® gift card
Participation in The Kitchen Design Centre $400 Referral Gift Card Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Referees must be an Australian resident over the age of 18
Referees must not be employees of The Kitchen design Centre or Perennial Kitchens
The referee must not be from the same household where a kitchen has been designed and installed by The Kitchen Design Centre in the past.
The person referred must have purchased a kitchen or cabinetry with a signed contract value greater than $15,000 ex GST
The referee must be noted at the first visit to our showroom by the purchaser.
The referred person must agree that the referee is the actual referrer
There is no limit to the number of referrals a referee can make.
Referees will receive a $400 gift card for every referral they make if the above conditions have been met with no limit.
The Kitchen Design Centre takes no responsibility for any incorrect information provided by the purchaser.
The Kitchen Deign Centre maintains the right to terminate the gift card if it is found that the referee has given false information to gain access to the gift card unlawfully.
The Kitchen Design Centre reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
The Kitchen Design Centre reserves the right to disqualify any entrant believed to have either has tampered with the entry process or has submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.

The $400 gift card is issued in Australian dollars by Mastercard® via Australia Post, and is inclusive of GST,
The $400 Gift card is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash
Each gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
The recipient will be notified by phone & via email within 5 business days of the contract being signed that they are eligible for the gift card,
The $400 gift card will not be issued to the referee until the purchaser’s contract is paid in full.
The Kitchen Design Centre takes no responsibility for loss of gift card whether by the loss is as result of postage or person.

All entries will be automatically opted into marketing communications from The Kitchen Design Centre.
Details from all entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for publicity purposes surrounding this promotion.
The Kitchen Design Centre are committed to maintaining the privacy of all customers and will not sell or share personal information with any third parties outside of this promotion.
