The most common trend in kitchens today is for them to be custom made. This is because people want to personalise their space according to their home, lifestyle and personal taste. There are many always to meet these style criteria but this week we’re going to look at some of the options for feature doors. These can be used as overhead cabinets, doors on the back on an island or peninsula bench or even throughout the whole kitchen for something really different!
Kitchen cabinet doors can be made out of a range of products; the most common being laminate, thermofoil, 2pac and timber. If you’re interested in something different then there are other options available too. For example, doors could be framed in aluminium or stainless steel with glass, Perspex or mesh inserts (to name only a few). If you’re looking for something more traditional, a colonial style door with glass panel inserts could be just the feature you’re looking for.
Below is a gallery of photos to show you some of the options available for feature doors. Alternatively, visit one of our kitchen showrooms in either Blackburn or Eltham to see some of these features in action.
