To everyone involved with our new kitchen,

Donn and I would like to express our thanks to all who were involved in the design,
construction and installation of our new kitchen.

We were kept well informed at each stage in the process and consulted when
decisions needed to be made.

We were most impressed by the professionalism shown during what might have been
a highly stressful time for us. All the 'tradies' - electricians, plumbers,
plasterer and tiler - who came to work at our home were pleasant in their
dealings with us.

Particular thanks to:

Alistair for taking note of our 'wish list' and designing what turned out to be
an attractive and functional design which is fabulous to work in.

Daniel for keeping us up to date with what was happening and making sure things
were spot on with the timeline.

John who must be the best installer around. He worked so hard and came up with
a great solution when we struck a problem.

Sandra who was always available on the end of the phone and for whom nothing
was too much trouble.

Family and friends who have seen the 'old' and the 'new' kitchen are most
impressed by the new look.

We have had no hesitation in telling people 'who did our kitchen'. (They
ask.)

We live just up the road from the Kitchen Design Centre in Eltham and had often
driven by. We are glad that we decided to drop in one Saturday morning.

Re: New Kitchen

We are writing to say a big thank you for the amazing job your company completed on our kitchen. Our home in Eltham was built in the seventies and our kitchen was well in need of a facelift.

We visited your showrooms in Eltham and were very impressed so decided to have a consultant visit us for a quote.

Corey Johnson was our first point of contact. He visited us, did the measurements and discussed various options. On that initial visit we were very impressed with Corey’s attention to detail and design experience.

On receipt of his completed drawings and after many meetings we agreed to go ahead with the renovations. Corey was extremely helpful, thorough, and honest with us at all times therefore we trusted him completely.

The project is now complete and we are very happy with the results. Also happy with the way your company co-ordinated
all the tradesmen etc and more importantly there were no major hidden surprises.

All our family and friends are totally impressed and surprised by the transformation. So a big thank you to The Kitchen Design Centre and most of all to Corey.

We are happy to recommend Corey and your company to anyone interested in a new transformed kitchen.

Hi Michelle

Well Xmas is nearly upon us and I am writing this from my new desk at the kitchen bench, it is fantastic, I love my little desk, the kitchen is now complete and looks fantastic, the oven and tap look wonderful and it all matches in, we are thrilled with it to say the least.  However, as they say the best laid plans, a few glitches along the way, however, with Daniel's support, the cabinet maker John, and the electrician all is now okay and looking fantastic.  It has been a huge job, stressful, hard work, fun and rewarding.

We had to move out for a week whilst the tiling was being done, but it was worth the effort as the tiling is wonderful, if you ever, ever need a tiler, his name is Steve and is from Eastern Tilling Services, his work is brilliant and we couldn't have been more pleased with his efforts and suggestions.

We are just waiting on the painting to be started on 3 Jan of the entire house, then the carpets and curtains, so a little bit more disruption yet.  So when it is all finished, would you like to come and see it, we would love to have you over for a coffee to view what has been done, I would like to thank you for all your hard work and for all the suggestions and design, I truly love it, so to you and your family have a Merry Christmas and New Year and we hope to see you soon.

To the Perennial Team,

We are well overdue to send you a thank you note for the successful completion of our kitchen but life has been busy.

Firstly we'd like to state we are delighted with the kitchen – it has met all our expectations and in many ways, exceeded them. In particular:

The design process was detailed, met our many mods, and was very accommodating of the need to tweak until we were happy The rip-out went as planned The installation overall went extremely well (it had a few hiccups – almost inevitable from our viewpoint – but the Perennial team addressed them all very professionally) The finished product is outstanding – every visitor without exception has the highest praise!

We'd like to thank the many team members involved. In particular Glen and Daniel – their respective design and supervision work was first class – polite, responsive, high in attention to detail, and with a strong sense of assuredness. They were a pleasure to deal with at all times. To the many others involved: Peter, Andrew, Duncan, the many trades and the rest of the team involved in our project – thankyou also.

We are thoroughly enjoying the product Perennial does so well – first class kitchens!

Hugh and I would like to express our appreciation with the renovations carried out during the past three months.

Please pass on our sincere thanks to Jason Jolly and his team, but in particular to Jason, whom we found to be very professional, communicative, obliging and diligent in his dealings with us. Included in our thanks go to you in your professional overseeing of the project and your willingness in assiting in rectifying problems as they occurred. Thank you also to the Perennial staff including Daniel for the drawing up of the plans and to the other tradespeople involved.

My extended family and friends have been suitably impressed with the completed renovations and we will be delighted to recommend your company at any time.

Dear Peter,

The kitchen looks great, due in no small way to Daniel's neat design (and patience) and the clean installation. All I have to do now is complete the painting. We couldn't be happier with how it looks and works and I LOVE the drawers that close so quietly. Every time.

Please also tell Daniel that the cupboard he included with the odd lift-up door (that my husband thinks is very peculiar) is full of our cups and teapots and my son and I think its the best thing about the whole deal, except of course the aforementioned drawers.

Sometimes I just stand in the middle of the kitchen and grin.

Merry Christmas to everyone at Perennial. You deserve it.

Just a note to thank you so much for the wonderful kitchen you built and installed for us. We can’t thank you enough for the excellent workmanship — everything works beautifully.

I must also mention that one of the best things about Perennial Kitchens is how easy it is to work with you and your team. You are so professional in every possible way. Phone calls were always answered and returned promptly. The tradesmen always arrived when you said they would, on time and were always so willing to help; they were all polite and very professional.

I just cannot believe a kitchen and its installation could be so easy. We have done quite a lot of renovating since we bought the house but by far the least hassle was the kitchen. We haven’t had to get you back for anything because everything is just perfect.

In particular would you please thank Mark, who worked such a long day installing the kitchen. He was still his same, happy self 12 hours later! Also Adrian who did the glass tiles has done such an excellent job and I would also be grateful if you could please pass on our thanks. 

We all really love our new kitchen and everyone comments on it. I have discovered that I actually enjoy cooking again as it’s all so easy. I am attaching some before and after photos and I hope you enjoy seeing the transformation as we still do. Words cannot express our gratitude and thanks.

Dear Michael,
