Dekton by Cosentino
The Kitchen Design Centre is proud to announce we love using Dekton by Cosentino!
Dekton employs exclusive Sinterized Particle Technology, a high tech process which represents an accelerated version of the metamorphic change that natural stone undergoes when subjected to high temperatures and pressure over thousands of years. Electronic microscopy allows us to fully appreciate the material’s zero porosity, a consequence of the sinterization and ultra-compaction process exclusive to Dekton. This zero porosity and lack of the micro-defects that cause tension or weak spots mark the difference as far as Dekton is concerned. The compaction process uses a 25,000 tonne press which contributes to it’s low-maintenance and long-life attributes.

Our kitchen designers know and love Dekton. It’s new to the industry and different from anything that’s already out there. There are various colour and texture selections which will help the kitchen designer achieve the look suitable for your new designer kitchen. Visit one of our kitchen showrooms to start the process of designing your new kitchen. During your second appointment (in one of our state of the art kitchen showrooms), your kitchen designer will go over the Dekton colour range with you and tell you how it could be used in your new designer kitchen.
